Identify author/address on cover page. Some poems may be previously published but not the collection as a whole. Include credits for those poems and assure that you own copyright or have obtained permission to reprint. Pudding House does not buy permissions. Include About the Author statement with publications bio. B&W cover images optional; cover is always up to the publisher but we like to see author suggestions/input (not ideas, but the actual art) if you'd like. This will have no impact on competition results.
We often publish additional manuscripts among those entered.

Pudding House is always willing to read chapbook manuscripts outside of the competition, all year. Send manuscript 10-36 pages (prefer 24-28 pages) including table of contents, credits for first appearances of anything previously published, bio, SASE, and $12 reading fee to Pudding House only via email attachment, Microsoft Word for Windows PC, Times New Roman, 11pt. If you wish to include black and white line drawing or pen and ink cover art suggestions, you may do so; however, covers are always the decision of the publisher. Unless we're traveling, immediate response is our policy. NO SIMULTANEOUS SUBMISSIONS FOR ANYTHING EVER. We do not usually comment on work not accepted but if you're close, we might let you know.
